Food has always been extremely important to me. For many reasons. It brings all the people I love to the table and we get to make endless memories. Everyone has to eat, but we must eat good. Really good.

In this section you will soon find many recipes I like to use on the boat. We have a propane Force 10 2-burner stove with an oven. Sometimes I make a complete mess and manage to use all the dishes, those nights are fun. But since living on a boat I’ve been making dishes more often that only require 1 pot. It saves time cleaning less. I’ve created an entire section called “One Pot Wonders” because on a boat, you don’t always have time for the mess.
